Payment
Pezi World accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, ApplePay.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-2 days.
Pezi World ships items with the following: GLS – Business, GLS – Private, GLS – Parcel Shop
Shipping is calculated based on weight.
You can choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of Withdrawal
A full 14-day return right is provided for items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Notice of withdrawal must be given to us within 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Request to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to ltm@fiberpost.dk. The message must clearly indicate your desire to use the right of withdrawal.
Condition of Items Upon Return
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Pezi World to assess the condition of the item.
Right of Complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is provided on products in accordance with Danish purchase law. The right of complaint applies to all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and shortcomings must be reported to Pezi World within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is void in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Pezi World covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
